TRUE Mentors is partnering with NYCICO to provide and outdoor adventure! Participants must arrive at park at 10:30 AM for 11 AM departure by bus to Rahway Fairy Trail. In addition to a pack lunch, participants will be allowed to enjoy multiple hikes, outdoor games, and lessons on nature and conservation efforts. Please connect with Christian Rodriguez (Christian@truementors.org) to sign up for this event. Return expect by 3 PM.
Join us for a fall hike with NYCICO. Learn about the importance of sustainable practices, how to maintain trains, and the fun of playing in the outdoors. Youth and volunteers will be transport by van from 411 Harrison Street (outside Mama Johnson Field) to Rahway Fairy Trail directly. The hike will be 2 miles or less. A snack and pack lunch will be provided. Masks required.
