Weekly Club Programs – Volunteering
During the school year, TRUE Mentors offers free weekly enrichment program on Tuesday evenings at The Jubilee Center of Hoboken (601 Jackson Street). Our Clubs change monthly, with every month featuring a different theme. Clubs are offered on a variety of different enrichment topics including art, science, cooking, and more! Between clubs we take free field trips to local businesses for youth to explore local businesses, different career options, and community resources.
The classes are open to all children in 2nd-8th grade, and they create an opportunity for children to interact with other children and the volunteers. An example class structure is below:
6:00 – 6:30pm Welcome, Attendance, Snack
6:30 – 6:45pm Lesson
7:00 – 8:00pm Club Activity
All children ages 7-13 are welcome to attend our free enrichment club program!

We are currently accepting applications for the upcoming school season for:
Club Volunteers – supervise children / weekly club events and provide group mentoring
(2 hrs / week)
Club Teachers – develop your own curriculum / fun learning activities
(30 mins / week + coordination, planning & setup)
Club Activity Coordinators – help plan & coordinate our classes, trips, and weekly events!
